3D Embroidery Options, Supporting Images, and Other Updates - Axomo
This month has brought some great updates and improvements to old features, new supporting images, and more. We’re grateful for your feedback and help in advocating for the features and updates that our admins will find the most beneficial. If you have a feature or update you’d like to suggest, please don’t hesitate to send your ideas our way! Click the “?” button at the top-right of your AXOMO store and select the Tell us what we can do better option to send in some feedback about a new feature you’d like us to add.

3D Embroidery Now Available In The Custom Item Designer

We’re so excited to offer 3D embroidery on the item catalog! 3D embroidery is just one more way to help diversify your brand and help your products stand out from the crowd. This method involves using extra thread and a puff patch underlay to make your artwork stand up from the material and add texture. In the custom item creator, simply select “Is 3D Embroidery” under any eligible embroidered item to use 3D embroidery on that product: How to add 3D embroidery to your brand store Better yet, 3D embroidery is cost-effective and only a few dollars more than regular embroidered items. Consider checking the 3D embroidery box off your bucket list when adding new items to your brand store!

New Supporting Pictures For Items On Our Product Catalog

Some front-facing pictures – though easier to customize in the item designer, just don’t do the product justice. Thanks to our new supporting images feature, you’ll now be able to get the full view of the products you’re designing. For instance, this hat has side stripes that you can’t see well in the front-facing images, but the side views show the stripes on the side of the hat: Custom Hat Variations These extra images will also be added to your store items so when someone clicks on the item, they’ll see all available views of the item. This will be especially helpful for items that come with packaging, have side prints, or are decorated when folded but users want to see the inside of the product. We’ll be adding more image views to existing items over time, and will ensure all new items have multiple views where needed.

Quick Subscription Statement Update

If you’d like your finance contact (or anyone else in your organization) to receive an emailed copy of your monthly subscription statement, we now have a way to do so automatically. Head over to the admin panel and select Users > Department Contacts. Enter the username of the person you’d like to receive the statement emails under the “Finance” contact. That’s it! They’ll now receive a statement email whenever one is available.

Hide Item Pricing Tables

Don’t want your end users to see the pricing tables shown on the items on your store? In the admin panel, go to Billing > Payment Settings and toggle on “Hide Item Price Tables” under Pricing Options. This will hide the item tables for the end users, but will still be visible when you click “Admin Edit” on the item.

Add Purchase Limits To Items

Purchase Limits If you have items that you want to enable a purchase limit per group of users using a budget, we’ve implemented an easy way to do so. Under the admin side of any item, select the “Security” tab. Enter a security group with access to the budget to purchase that item, and select Enable Purchase Limit to limit how many units of that item they may purchase.

Mark Categories As On Sale

Mark Items As On Sale The option to mark items on sale has always existed, but now you can mark entire categories as on sale in a snap! Under the admin side of any category, select the “On Sale” toggle and you can even put in a date for how long the items will be on sale for. This is a great way to clear out extra inventory, hold a spring/summer promotion, or raise excitement for a certain category of items on your store. —

What’s Coming Soon

– Name Tag Ordering System: A new system for ordering name tags on your AXOMO store is on its way! This would make it as easy as dragging and dropping your logo, selecting the backing options you’d like to offer, and adding the tag to your store for users to customize with their own text.

Again, thank you for supporting us and keeping your teams engaged and feeling together during this period of isolation. Stay home, stay safe, and have a great week!
