AXOMO is a software platform that allows businesses to perfect their gift giving to employees and clients, while simultaneously creating more engagement around their brand. Traditional company-branded swag misses the mark in so many ways. AXOMO removes the inevitable disappointment, awkwardness, excess or waste, and the labor cost of trying to manage the details of custom orders. 

Through AXOMO, managers can offer all sorts of custom gear (on demand) and simply drop credits or points into their team members’ accounts (i.e. for things like birthday recognition, hitting performance metrics, volunteering, completing a training, etc.) and then allow those folks to pick out things they love and want to use.

Right now, every serious organization is trying to figure out how to stay relevant, solvent, and build up good company culture … especially amid the shakeup of a recent pandemic.  AXOMO is the most robust and powerful rewards management platform that builds user engagement around a company’s brand.  

AXOMO will pay out 20% of the first year’s paid subscription (minus cancellations) for any accounts that you refer. Subscription amounts will vary depending on the organization type and number of users they sign up for. The typical minimum subscription is around $1000 annually but can reach well into the six figure range for very large corporations.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Clients have the option at Checkout to pay for the full annual subscription upfront (to get a discount) or to proceed with regularly-priced month to month payments. In either case, your commissions only accrue when AXOMO receives payments, and if a cancellation occurs, it would negate the remaining commission for that referral.
• As part of an effort to give back to the community, AXOMO does not charge K-12 Schools, Non-Profit organizations, or Startups of 10 users or less to use the platform. As such, there is no commission to be made on those types of subscriptions, but it’s still in everyone’s best interest to have as many people as possible talking about and benefiting from the platform.

Commissions are calculated based on paid subscriptions minus cancelations, and are held in reserve until a total of at least $100 has been accrued. These commission amounts are then paid out on the 20th of the following month.

As an example, if you refer a client who pays for their AXOMO subscription on January 6th, then (assuming your affiliate account meets the $100 threshold) your commission for all qualifying transactions during January would be sent to you on February 20th. These payments can be in the form of paper checks or direct ACH payments, depending on your preference.

There is NO fee to become an AXOMO affiliate. We just ask that you abide by the rules and regulations for our program.

To get started, all you need is an AXOMO user account, which (by default) contains your personalized link for referring customers.

If you already have a user account with an existing AXOMO store, simply login as you normally would – navigate to your profile dropdown in the top right corner of the page. Expand the menu and select “Refer a Friend” to see your individualized referral code, along with some quick links to start sharing with others.

The hyperlink icon is where you’d click to copy your personalized referral link. This embeds your referral code into a direct link to the AXOMO signup page. If you do NOT have an existing store login, you can simply go here and create a free user account by clicking on the login button and proceeding to register.

Yes. As an affiliate, not only are you encouraged to follow AXOMO’s social media pages where you can find sharable content but you also have the option to register for additional resources and notifications by clicking here.

Once you have your own AXOMO user account, you can go to shop.axomo.com (or any AXOMO store you’re associated with), login, and navigate to your profile dropdown in the top right corner of the page.  Expand the menu and select “My Referrals” to see a list of all the clients who have signed up using your individualized referral code or link. 

You may also receive monthly commission reports showing all of the qualified activity associated with your account.

Yes! Although AXOMO is based in the United States, we ship to various countries all over the globe and continually look to add international fulfillment partners. International accounts do require more support, so be aware that there is any additional service fee that clients per country of operation, outside of the United States.

Now, there are some rules we need you to follow:

• It must be understood by all audiences that you are an independent third-party refererer. You do not speak for or represent AXOMO, nor are you allowed to claim authorship for any of AXOMO’s marketing and informational resources.
  
  
• We can’t allow you to use any form of spam to promote the AXOMO platform.
  
  
• If you utilize pay-per-click advertising (PPC), you may NOT use brand specific keywords in your ads, such as “AXOMO” or the names of any competitors, to influence web traffic. Also, PPC ads must send traffic to a landing page first, not directly link to official AXOMO webpages.
  
  
• You are not allowed to offer, promise or imply that discounts, coupons, cashback, or bonuses are available to those you refer with your affiliate link.

If you fail to comply with the above stated rules, we reserve the right to deactivate your account without prior warning and cancel your commission payouts.
