Now, as the preferred and socially-safe way to purchase goods, it has become so wildly popular that many retailers and suppliers have had to scrap all former projections and figure out new ways to deliver their product in a timely manner. 

Considering how interdependent the various industries are, along with newer variables such as remote workforces, reduced store hours and other limitations on brick and mortar stores, expansive sanitation protocols, etc … you easily start to see why delays are becoming more common.

What to expect when you’re expecting a package from us:

Our team remains doubly committed to processing your orders in the fastest possible turn times, while maintaining high standards for product design and decoration. 

We too are experiencing periodic delays in receiving various materials and/or items in high-demand.  Our promise is to keep communicating with you throughout the ordering process, to transparently set and meet realistic deadlines, and to never stop working to create happy customer experiences.

Even with occasional delays, the feedback we’re getting from customers is that our delivery times are still faster than they’re used to from other vendors.
