UPS, FedEx, OnTrac, DHL and even the USPS are all experiencing delays due to additional necessary safety precautions at their facilities and the understandable increase in online shopping during this time. Please note that the initial estimated delivery date that customers receive may not take into account the following potential delays:
Failure of the carrier to accommodate all packages ready for our daily pickups, offload trailers when delivered to their local hubs, or scan the package in promptly upon pickup
Temporary closure of carrier service terminals or supplier centers due to sanitization requirements
Lack of inventory or back-ordered products caused by supplier shortages and holiday demand
Again, we make extraordinary efforts to ensure the quick fulfillment of all orders, but some things are out of our control. We are constantly evaluating innovative solutions to decrease our lead times.
