Axomo is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Axomo is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Our people are our most valuable asset. The collective sum of individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, creativity, innovation, self-expression, unique capabilities, and talent that our employees bring to their work is a significant part of both our culture and our reputation, as well as our overall success.
We embrace and encourage differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make each employee unique.
Axomo’s diversity initiatives apply to, but are not limited to, our practices and policies related to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, professional development and training, promotions, transfers, social and recreational programs, layoffs, terminations, and the ongoing development of a work environment grounded in equity. We are committed to fostering a workplace that encourages and upholds:
- – Respectful communication and collaboration among all employees
- – Teamwork and participation that reflect a diversity of perspectives
- – Work-life balance through flexible schedules that support varying needs
- – Engagement in the communities we serve to promote greater understanding and respect for diversity
All Axomo employees share responsibility for treating others with dignity and respect at all times. Employees are expected to demonstrate inclusive behavior in the workplace, at work-related functions both on and off-site, and at all company-sponsored events. Additionally, all employees are required to complete annual diversity awareness training to support ongoing learning and accountability.
Any employee who engages in inappropriate conduct or behavior toward others may be subject to disciplinary action.
Employees who believe they have experienced discrimination that conflicts with this policy are encouraged to seek assistance from their supervisor or a Human Resources representative.
