Charity Donation at Checkout Feature

You asked, we listened! Our newest feature allows you to donate to a charity at checkout. As an admin, you can find the charity manager on the admin panel of your store under Store Design and then Store Settings.

From there, you can find your own Charity Manager in the Checkout & Shipping selection on your admin panel. This page gives you a full list of global charities as well as options to add your own charity of choice. Right now, we have automated a list of the top 10 global charities, but you also have the option of adding a store charity with specific ties to your employees.

After you’ve added store charities of your choice, that same list will appear for your users on the checkout screen. They will be able to select the charity of their choice, input their donation amount in the text box, and donate as easy as purchasing an item! 

Making the world a better place one donation at a time, charity manager is an exciting feature. We expect that it will be constantly improving and updating to give you and your users the best possible experience to engage with the issues that matter most to them.

New Individual Shipping Options

We now offer more shipping options, including an option to add your personal shipping account to your store. As always, we offer published shipping rates for your store users. Now, there is also an option to use your own negotiated shipping rates. 

All you need to do is select Add Shipping Method under the Shipping & Checkout section of the admin panel, select Personal Account for the shipping account, and add in your account code.

Constantly Improving

As always, we are constantly working on feedback to improve user experience and flow with system errors. We ask that you continue to use the question mark icon in the upper right hand corner of your store to submit website feedback and bug fixes. 

A reminder that if you want a feature on the website that currently doesn’t exist, you submit it as feedback and if a current feature isn’t working properly you should submit it as a bug.

  • Customer Forum – We’ve had an overwhelming amount of features and feedback from our customers, we wish we could implement every suggestion! Soon users will have the ability to visit our customer forum to view and vote on the features they want to see on their stores.

We’ve heard your suggestions and we’re making the dashboard more streamlined with easier access to the information and reports you need, all in one central location. Keep an eye out for a newer, cleaner look.
