This month brought more updates to get the most out of your store that we’re excited to share with you. These updates were designed to help improve communication on order status between admins and users, provide a better backend experience for admins, and more.  

Admin Panel Changing To New View On June 15th

Our UX team has created an updated, modern design for the admin panel and rearranged certain items to make them easier to find. This update will take place officially on June 15th, but you can preview the new admin panel now by clicking the preview button on the top-right of your admin menu:

Updated Shipping Estimates and Warehousing Capabilities

Our shipping team has advanced stocking/picking capabilities with our updated scanning system for all those who use our warehousing inventory service. Stock counts will be updated automatically using this new system and tracking stock will be easier than ever.

Admins will now be notified on a weekly basis if there are any orders from their store that are running late with updated ship times. Users can access this information by going to their order history, selecting their order number, and the estimated ship date shown will updated according to the carrier’s tracking information.

New Item Designer Update In Process

Some of you may have already noticed this message when editing previously created items. This message appears when an item has been updated by our team to the new item designer – which gives you the ability to automatically snap your logo to pre-selected print locations. 

If you’d like to modify the setup on an existing item that has been converted to our new designer, simply click “yes” – add your logo and select your print location, and you’ll be all set.

This new item designer will give us advanced capabilities so our product team will be able to add more complex items like yard signs, banners, name tags, and more to our product catalog for easy customization.  

Single Sign On and User Integration Updates

We currently integrate with BambooHR and Microsoft for single sign on (SSO) and user integration, however – we’re looking to broaden our horizons and sync with new systems that will further benefit our clients.
