Store Email Templates are templates that AXOMO uses to send store emails. AXOMO currently has 2 system templates. We have a default that we use for almost all of the emails, and then we have a Follow-up template we use for a few emails
If you want to preview these templates, you are able to do so by clicking “Preview Template”. This will show you the layout of the template. It will show you where your logo will appear, where the content will be, etc.
You can also upload your own template if you wish. You can do this by filling out the “Template Name” on the Store Email Templates page and by clicking “Upload Email Template”. You will select the file your template is located in, and click “Save Changes” at the top of the screen.
Once this is added, you can make this template your default if you wish by clicking “Set as Default” after adding the template. You can also edit anything from your template by clicking the pencil in the right-top corner. You will be able to edit the name of the template, if the template is active or not, or you can upload an updated template.
