Anti-Slavery Statement - Axomo

Anti Slavery Statement

Standing Against All Forms of Slavery and Human Trafficking

At Namify, we work hard to promote a positive and fair work environment for all employees. We value and prioritize people over profits, and we believe the latter will come in abundance as you respect and take care of the former. Our three core values or organizational tenets are: Put People First, Embody An Attitude of Ownership, and Be Cool Under Fire.

Our Structure

Namify, LLC is a limited liability corporation headquartered in Utah, USA that offers a wide range of product customization and design services. In addition to its own retail efforts, Namify operates two other DBAs: AXOMO and Badge Boss, respectively. All three brands fall within the Namify parental purview.

Our Approach and Supplier Due Diligence

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery, which includes any form of slavery, servitude, and forced or compulsory labor. We believe each of these practices constitutes a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights.

Although Namify has access to a vast network of vendors, OEM manufacturers, and fulfillment partners, we carefully align ourselves (and our product catalog) with organizations that have a known track record for humane business practices, as well as reliable goods and services. We routinely show a preference for domestic vendor relationships, wherein we can lean more heavily upon American regulations to ensure certain equality standards have been met. In the event that we forge a vendor relationship with international suppliers, we utilize verified supplier portals in conjunction with transparency protocols outlined by the Fair Labor Association to establish those connections.

How We Recruit

We pride ourselves in recruiting and retaining a diverse workforce by offering competitive compensation, industry knowledge, leadership training, and appropriate opportunities to enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

It is important to us that our colleagues are aware of the issues surrounding modern slavery and support the firm’s values. We, therefore, intend to provide specific statements of training to all existing and future employees to reinforce our zero-tolerance policy and the steps to be taken in the event of any concerns.

Our Human Resources Team will be responsible for checking and testing the success of our commitments, as well as performing annual renewals of this statement and any corresponding policies.
